Target audience: Management, athletes, club administrators, chairman and club secretaries

This conference will be dedicated to managers of all team sports and of all levels from underage management to elite team management and will cover all aspects of team management in a sporting context. Themes will include;

• Preparing the team and developing a team strategy
• Team fitness and mental preparation
• Healthy eating and staying fit
• Health, accident and injury management
• Team / club administration

 
Team / club administration section will cover the general running of clubs which will include topics on;

1. Leadership,
2. Communications,
3. Financial management
4. Player welfare with-in the clubs which will cover
5. Insurance and personal health
6. Income and funding support

The wide variety of topics covered in this conference is designed to appeal to officers and officials of clubs / teams which will ensure ‘whole club’ attendance. This is also a first as traditionally events were directed towards athletes and sportspeople only.
