Cost to Exhibitors

For any company trying to increase their sales or branding in Ireland or internationally attending this series of conferences is a must. Due to unprecedented success of 2009 “Preparing to Perform” Conference the 2010 series is set to be a permanent fixture in the sports calendar in Ireland and abroad.
Attendance is expected to increase substantially due to the success of 2009 and enquires received online by sporttracker looking for information for the 2010.

Location
Once again the conference will be held in the fabulous City West Hotel and we will have discount on overnights in the hotel for the conference.

These shows are only successful when companies like you have exhibition stands and that is why we are looking forward to your continued support and sincerely hope that you will be able to attend these series of conferences. Exhibitions spaces are limited to 60 exhibition stands per conference.
All Exhibitions stands will be erected in the one area only and this is where all teas coffees and dinner be served so the attendees will have to stay in the Exhibition area.

This year to assist companies wishing to participate we have worked out an easy payment scheme for the three conference’s in 2010.
