Colin Buckley has over 20 years experience as a Professional Weighttraining Coach working with many NGBs and clubs over the years developing conditioning programmes up to Elite Irish and International Levels. He is the National Coaching Development Officer for the Irish Amateur Weightlifting Association.

Colin works with Setanta College delivering strength related courses
He also works as a consultant within the Sport and Fitness industry designing and installing High Performance Training Facilities.
