Lance
Gill is head Athletic Trainer at the Titleist Performance
Institute in Oceanside, California. Lance has a Bachelor’s
Degree in Kinesiology from Shenandoah University in Winchester,
Virginia. Lance also went on to receive a Masters in Sports
Medicine from the University of Pittsburgh, where he worked
in the NMRC (Neuromuscular Research Lab). This research
lab was funded in part by Greg Norman, a very well known
successful Australian golfer.
Previous to his position at TPI he was one of the lead diagnosticians
at Clubgolf Performance Center in Washington DC, he held
this position for four years. The Club Golf Performance
centre is an indoor training center well known in America
offering a comprehensive series of golf training services. |
Lance gill is also
a golfer with 25 years playing experience and now with an
abundance of knowledge and skills Lance is a Master Golf
Fitness Instructor.
Among Lance’s many roles within TPI is to test and train
players at the Institute. Gill has been instructing players
on many areas of golfing such as golfing balance, warm up
exercises, hip action, posture, and cardio exercise systems.
In addition Lance is a key member of the TPI team that travels
worldwide to deliver the TPI experience. We are delighted
to welcome Lance to Ireland in July 2009.
