Robbie is a qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness instructor with 13 years experience. He has trained with Kettlebells for the last 5 years and received my Level 1 qualification in 2005 followed by my Level 2 in 2008 under Pavel Tsatsouline, the famed Russian strength and conditioning coach in his RKC (Russian Kettlebell Certification) programme.

Robbie operates his own gymnasium in Cork with other colleagues where they specialise in Kettlebell training, bodyweight conditioning and the basic compound lifting. Our clients range from private individuals to various teams and athletes.
