We at Sporttracker, realise the importance and necessity of analysis and statistics in the modern game, a competitive advantage is priceless and we aim at giving you that extra edge.
The whole point of understanding any analysis of how a team is performing is to provide for the players relevant, accurate information in relation to what they are actually doing or not doing on the field of play.
Only when players can accept and absorb the facts concerning their contribution to the team effort is there an opportunity for them along with the team management, to work towards good practice and reducing weaknesses and mistakes
Our analysis books, we feel, properly used on a constant and systematic basis provides this opportunity. Performance analysis must be an ongoing part of what constitutes good coaching. It is a part of the coaches toolkit and if through negligence or any game he/she decides not to use it then the coach is doing his/her team a great disservice.
Analysis of a team performance should be carried out on a very regular basis in order to identify and build on strengths and also to highlight trends and patterns which represent weaknesses and problems. Only when weaknesses and then underlying causes have being identified and responsibility accepted for them, can a process for providing solutions be undertaken by players and management together.
