The whole point of understanding any analysis of how a team is performing is to provide relevant, accurate information in relation to what they are actually doing on the field of play.
Only when players accept and absorb the facts concerning their contribution to the team effort is there an opportunity for them along with the team management, to work at their strengths and reduce mistakes.
Performance analysis must be an ongoing part of the coaches vision to succeed.
Only when weaknesses and then underlying causes have being identified and responsibility accepted for them, can solutions be formulated. |
